14 June 2005 – Alexandria (VA): The Office Furniture Dealers Alliance (OFDA) has announced its list of the top 10 dealer issues, after being asked to evaluate its primary manufacturers.
The fourth annul OFDA index survey has revealed that product line and customer services concerns dominated the top 10 dealer issues.
OFDA director of research and technology, Mark Duros, said: "This survey gives dealers a voice in their relationship with their key manufacturer business partners. The results tell manufacturers ‘here’s what we value, here’s what we use, here’s what’s missing.’ This is critical data that manufacturers can use to help the dealers, and ultimately help their own sales initiatives."
In addition, OFDA used the results of the index survey to determine the winner of the 2005 OFDA dealers’ choice award. The award was given to the HON Company, for the third consecutive year.
