23 November 2005 – Freeport (IL): Newell Rubbermaid has announced it has completed its acquisition of label-writing brand Dymo for approximately $730 million.
Dymo will be integrated into Newell’s office products group.
Mark Ketchum, CEO of Newell, said: "Dymo is a strategic extension of our OP portfolio and adds depth to our product offering."
