17 December 2004 – Atlanta (GA): Newell Rubbermaid has appointed two new directors to its board, which will now have 12 members.
The two new board members are Michael Cowhig, president of global technical and manufacturing at Gillette, and Mark Ketchum, former president of global baby and family care at Procter and Gamble.
Newell’s chairman of the board William Marohn said: "We are pleased to further strengthen our board with these two proven leaders. Both come to us with operational expertise and global leadership at two well-respected consumer product companies."
