9 May 2006 – London (UK): Hillfront, a company formed and owned by nine independent dealers, has announced the purchase of the brand properties of Unique, United, Office Smart and Ostaline from the administrator of United Office Products.
The group said ownership of the brand will provide continuity of identity and product supply for the former United dealers, a future trading name will incorporate some combination of the properties bought.
As it focuses on structuring "an almost virtual group" Hillfront says it will offer a culture of "from the dealer, for the dealer, by the dealer" with maximum benefit, at the least cost for the greatest return.
