"Our catalogues don’t just arrive at the door unwelcome and unwanted," said Tim Flatland, an executive with the company. "We believe that customers like dealing with people face-to-face, and we won’t drop off fliers, or leave you a catalogue unless we get to know you, and understand your business and your needs."
