18 July 2006 — Glasgow (UK): The Morris Furniture Group has confirmed the acquisition of two companies, Roc Furniture and Diamik.
Roc Furniture is involved in the design and manufacture of commercial furniture while Diamik specialises in the provision of furniture to the education and healthcare sectors.
MD of Morris Office Furniture, David Rand, said: "We are extremely excited about the prospects they offer us to develop our business in two of the most fast moving sectors in the UK economy."
