12 November 2004 – Itasca (IL): OfficeMax has named Brian Anderson as EVP/CFO.
Anderson, who was named among the ‘top 50 most powerful black executives in corporate America’ by Fortune magazine in 2002, joins from Baxter International where he served as SVP/CFO.
Commenting on the appointment, OfficeMax’s president/CEO Chris Milliken said: "Brian brings strong financial expertise, integrity and a background of leadership and teamwork that will be instrumental in advancing our organisation."
