Lyreco strengthens Nordic position

15 December 2005 – Marly (FRA): Lyreco has acquired majority ownership of Finnish OP supplier Brandex Oy.
 
Founded in 1990, Brandex now employees 22 people and reached revenues of €6 million in 2004.
 
CEO of Lyreco Eric Bigeard said: "Being able to service our customers wherever they are is one of our objectives. By entering the Finnish market with Brandex, we will insure not only our presence but also the quality of our service."
