5 December 2005 – Amsterdam (NL): Lyreco has completed the acquisition of Ahrend’s OP division, strengthening its hold on Europe and boosting its position in the Dutch and German markets.
The Ahrend acquisition gives Lyreco a total sales turnover of approximately €2 billion ($2.33 billion).
