20 July 2006 – Fremont (CA): Logitech International has announced record Q1 sales and profit after posting its 31st consecutive quarter of double-digit revenue growth.
Q1 sales for fiscal year 2007 were $393 million, an increase of 18 percent on the same quarter in the previous year. Net income was $30.1 million or $0.16 per share.
Company president and CEO, Guerrino De Luca, said: "With our solid performance in Q1, Logitech is on track to achieve our financial goals for FY 2007."
Logitech expects sales and non Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) operating income to grow 15 percent, year on year.
