8 February 2005 – High Wycombe (UK): Langstane, the largest Scottish independent, has joined the BOSS Federation, it has announced.
The company, who left the OfficeSMART dealer group two years ago to become totally independent, has embarked on a programme of acquisition of late that has given it an annual turnover of £18 million ($33.4 million).
Langstane’s managing director, Colin Campbell, said: "We firmly endorse the value of an effective trade association, particularly in today’s increasingly regulated business climate and, now that we have successfully completed our hectic transition period, feel able to play a part in BOSS activities."
BOSS CEO Keith Davies added: "Langstane is a dynamic, quality focused organisation and BOSS will be stronger for its renewed involvement. It’s good to have them back."
