20 October 2004 – Rochester (NY): Eastman Kodak has elected president and chief operating officer Antonio Perez to the company’s board of directors.
Perez has been with the company since April 2003 during which time he has worked alongside chairman and CEO Daniel Carp to develop and implement the company’s digitally orientated growth strategy.
Carp said: "The election of Antonio Perez to the Kodak board recognises the many contributions he has made to the company’s success in the short time he has been here. We look forward to the insight, experience and intellectual depth that Antonio will bring to the company’s board at a momentous period in Kodak’s history."
