Knoll posts strong Q2

25 July 2006 — East Greenville (PA): Office furniture manufacturer Knoll has posted an increase of 25.2 percent in Q2 net sales to $247.5 million, from $197.7 million in the same period a year earlier.
             
Net income stood at $14.8 million or EPS of $0.28 compared to $11.4 million or EPS of $22 in the previous year.
             
Knoll CEO, Andrew Cogan, said: "Not only did we deliver industry leading margins in spite of significant inflation and foreign exchange pressures, but as our growth initiatives have gained traction our top-line performance versus the industry has accelerated."
