8 June 2006 – Stuttgart (GER): German office and general healthcare cleaning product manufacturer Coolike recently won a lawsuit against Kleinmann GmbH.
The fellow cleaning product vendor was said to have used Coolike’s trademarked brand name Cleanlike wrongly. It was fined €1,379.80 ($1,762) plus interest and court costs.
