Austrian company Kirchdorfer Gruppe is to invest 17 million ($8.7 million) in Bulgarian writing instrument manufacturer Hemus Mark.
Kirchdorfer plans to relocate all production of its stationery ranges to Bulgaria, to take advantage of the lower labour costs.
