Katun to acquire assets from Nashua

 17 January 2006 – Minneapolis (MN): Katun has announced it has reached an agreement with Nashua to acquire assets from the New Hampshire-based company’s toner and developer product line.
 
President and CEO of Katun Carlyle Singer said: "This acquisition will allow us to continue to support our current customers while broadening Katun’s presence in the high-speed production print market."
