K Coaching launches in the UK

5 March 2007 — Raleigh (NC): K Coaching, an executive and sales team coaching practice, has announced that it will be offering its range of services to the UK independent dealer community.

 

For the first time, K Coaching tools and programmes designed to help independents battle the power channel will be available to UK dealers, including OPWebinars — an affordable online training facility specially-tailored for independents.

 

Founder and CEO Krista Fleet said: "When I started K Coaching, my overall aim was to provide a best of breed service that could eventually assist dealers all over the world. With the strong results we have achieved in the US and the massive support for our services from names such as SP Richards and TriMega, we felt now was the time to focus on UK dealers and pass on what we have learnt in the US and what has proved successful. This is a natural evolution for K Coaching."

 

Fleet has become a regular speaker at industry events hosted by SP Richards, United Stationers, TriMega, BASICS and is.group, and recently entered into a strategic partnership with US buying group AOPD that sees K Coaching act as recommended trainer and business coach to all its members.

 

"We picked the UK as our first full-scale venture out of the US because we have always admired the gutsy approach that UK dealers have to tackling market conditions and strong competition from the bigger companies," added Fleet.
