Jet UK has announced an MBO by its existing management team, in a move supported by the Bank of Scotland.
Former owners, Peter and Michael Mines, will retain an ongoing involvement in the firm, but will be replaced as shareholders by the operations director, Chris Manley, and financial controller, Graham Nolan.
Manley will also assume the role of CEO, while Nolan takes the role of financial director.
