InterACTION has announced that its Hungarian member, PBS-Hungary, has acquired IPS, a distributor with a turn-over of €4 million ($4.8 million) in the south-west of the country.
In another announcement, the group’s Greece-based member Plaisio revealed it has successfully launched in Bulgaria as a contract stationer, and opened a flagship store in Sophia with an investment of €3 million.
