Impact wins Esselte award


5 April 2007 — London (UK): Impact Office Supplies has won the Esselte Customer Service Award, which is open to Quickstep dealers.

Mike James, Esselte UK’s sales director and presenter of the award, said: "Impact was chosen because of the professional, friendly but flexible way that it dealt with our customer service team, which was instrumental in the increase in business to the mutual benefit of both companies. We consider this award to be very important as it is totally decided upon by our customer service team, with no input from myself."


"We are absolutely delighted to have won this award," said Denis Dobson, Impact managing director. "We’ve won quite a lot of awards in our time for sales turnover but this is the first one where the supplier’s customer services department has chosen us. It’s an accolade to Martin Stannard our buyer and to our administration staff."
