19 February 2007 — Hong Kong (CHN): Imation has named Thomas Lally general manager of its Asia-Pacific region, while transferring the unit’s HQ to Hong Kong.
Lally will report directly to Frank Russomanno, president, COO and acting CEO. His responsibilities will include the leadership of the company’s commercial/OEM and consumer divisions for Imation’s largest geographic region spanning China, India, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, Australia and New Zealand.
Lally replaces Nobuyoshi Kawasaki, who retired at the year-end after 39 years with Imation and 3M.
