1 October 2004 – Oakdale (MN): Imation has recognised 46 of its employees who have been named as inventors on the 34 patents issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office last year.
The individuals received their accolades at the company’s second annual patent recognition banquet and Richard Weiss, VP of research and development said: "It’s our employees’ imagination, creativity and effort that has propelled our technology leadership within the data storage industry. We believe it is recognition such as this that continues to fuel the innovative culture here and makes Imation an exciting and rewarding place to work."
