2 May 2006 – Oakdale (MI): Imation has completed its $329 million acquisition of Memorex from Hong-Kong Hanny Holdings and other shareholders.
Imation has said it expects the disk and tape manufacturer to add $32 million to $36 million in annualised operating income.Â
