16 May 2006 – Brussels (BEL): Ingram Micro Europe is to purchase the assets of SymTech Nordic.
SymTech, which distributes automatic identification and data capture (AIDC) and point-of-sale technologies (POS) to solution providers and system integrators, has operations in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
The deal is expected to close in June 2006. Terms were not disclosed.
