IBM has announced it will acquire Charlotte, North Carolina-based content management firm Venetica.
The acquisition will form part of IBM’s highly profitable data management software business. All 70 Venetica employees will remain onboard as IBM employees. Financial details of the deal, expected to close in Q4, were not disclosed.
