            28 June 2006– Raleigh (NC): Lenovo Group has signed a deal with IBM Global Technology Services (GTS) to allow Lenovo software tools to be used on PCs other than its own.
As part of the agreement, IBM GTS will expand its use of Lenovo’s ThinkVantage Technologies, software tools created to help users with PC productivity and information technology costs, on non-Lenovo PCs for the first time.
IBM GTS will have a licence to six Lenovo ThinkVantage client applications through the agreement.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
