HP settles civil case — report

7 December 2006 — Palo Alto (CA): Hewlett-Packard (HP) is thought to have settled its civil case with the California attorney general’s office over its alleged boardroom spying probe.

According to CNET News.com, the settlement will be announced later today.

 

Ongoing criminal charges have also been brought against Former HP Chairwoman Patricia Dunn, chief ethics officer Kevin Hunsaker and private investigators Ronald DeLia, Joseph DePante and Bryan Wagner.
