21 July 2006 — Palo Alto (CA): The board of directors of Hewlett-Packard (HP) has declared a regular cash dividend of $0.08 per share on the company’s common stock.
The dividend is payable on Wednesday 4 October 2006 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on Wednesday 13 September 2006.
HP has approximately 2.9 billion shares of common stock outstanding.
