2 March 2005 – Toronto (CAN): Tyler Elm, Office Depot’s director of environmental affairs, has received the 2004 ForestLeadership Communication award at the non-profit organisation’s conference in Toronto, Canada.
The award is one of three that have been established to honour individuals and organisations in North America who are committed to furthering sustainable forestry at the local, national and international level.
Elm said: "I am honoured to receive this award from ForestLeadership. I have had the privilege to lead Office Depot’s efforts in promoting collaborative, ethical, science-based approaches to environmental performance."
