31 March 2005 – Nashville (TN): Prime Office Products has announced record revenue and earnings for 2004, thanks to organic growth in its key markets, unique sales and marketing programmes, and highly focused gross margins and expense management, the company said.
Although the privately held firm did not release specific figures, it commented that revenues were up over 31 per cent, while earnings were up nearly 40 per cent, compared to the same period last year.
Figures in 2004 were also boosted by Prime’s acquisitions of Washington DC-based Opivotal and Chicago-based Chicago Stationers.
The company said it plans to continue growth efforts by increasing investment in its organic growth model within the markets that it operates, and through additional acquisitions.
