9 December 2004 – Enfield (UK): Yorkshire-based home shopping and educational supplies business Findel, through its Findel Education subsidiary, has acquired GLS Educational Supplies (GLS) in a deal worth £26.95 million ($52.3 million).
Enfield-based GLS reported sales of £51.2 million for the year ended October 2004.
