FedEx Kinko’s has launched eight concept retail outlets in the city of Orlando, featuring quick, one-stop, round-the-clock shopping and services.
The company claims the concept offers an easier and faster service than the big box office supply stores, and plans to add 3,000 stores by 2011, including 850 overseas.
"We built a scenario that took all the feedback from our customers," says Jeffrey Heyman, VP of retail for FedEx Kinko’s. "It is an OP environment that offers customers what they need at a fair price, with 24-7 opening, a central location and easy access to parking – and they don’t have to navigate aisles and aisles to find what they need."
