25 January 2005 – Uxbridge (UK): Esselte is to consolidate the management of its France, UK and Ireland regions into one division from 1 February, the company has announced.
Cezary Monko, president and chief commercial officer of Esselte Europe, said: "Both the French and UK markets enjoy a similar customer base and market dynamics. Bringing these two countries together establishes a powerful region for Esselte and provides a good platform for future growth."
Nigel Gunn, currently managing director of UK and Ireland, will lead the new region as vice president, western Europe.
