Display mounting product manufacturers Ergotron and Constant Force Technology (CFT) are to merge under the Ergotron name.
Both companies were founded by Ergotron’s chairman Harry Sweere; Ergotron in 1982 and CFT in 2000. The newly merged company will heavily target the retail and consumer market.
Sweere, who will stay on as chairman, said: "I sincerely believe that combining the technology and the people talents that exist in both of these great companies will result in tremendous opportunities."
