Dunn charged over HP-gate

 

5 October 2006 — Palo Alto (CA): Former HP chairman Patricia Dunn has been charged, along with four others, with four felony charges.

 

The remaining defendants have been named as the former HP ethics officer Kevin Hunsaker and Bryan Wagner, Matthew DePante and Ronald Delia, three investigators from Action Research Group.

 

All five individuals have been charged with conspiracy, fraudulent use of wire, radio or television transmissions, taking, copying and using computer data and using personal identifying information without authorization.

 

The accused face a maximum of three years in jail and monetary charges for each count if found guilty.
