7 November 2005 – Wembley (UK): Dudley Inkwell has made two new acquisitions, with the purchase of Essex-based dealer Woodley’s, and Surrey-based business machine specialist Kings Business Equipment.
The company said that the stationery staff from Woodley’s have been transferred to Dudley’s Ipswich branch, formerly Acorn Stationery.
The firm also confirmed that Kings Business Equipment and its staff will merge in with Dudley’s Chobham branch, which will be headed up by Tim Maule under the leadership of Shelagh Bonnichon.
