Document Express expands customer service team

9 November 2005 – Oldham (UK): Xerox reseller Document Express has announced two new appointments to its customer service team.

Sara Hornby, formerly customer services and training manager for English Lakes Hotel, joins the team as customer services and HR manager. She will be responsible for the recruitment and training of staff at the company.

 

Claire Travis has been named logistics controller, with responsibilities that includes overseeing the completion of contracts and organising customer networking and training needs.

 

Travis most recently served on PC World’s business team.
