The Australian OP industry charity dinner, held on 18 October, has been hailed a success.
The event, which took place at The Malaya restaurant in Sydney, raised A$3,388 ($2,483) for the National Breast Cancer Foundation and was attended by 100 dignitaries from the industry.
The dinner featured a keynote speech by OPI‘s CEO Steve Hilleard that addressed issues including globalisation and consolidation and the future of independent dealers.
The dinner will take place at the same time next year. Organisers hope it will become an annual event.
