Depot launches ‘top 100 gifts’


24 November 2004 – Delray Beach (FL): Office Depot has launched a new Christmas advertising campaign recommending the top 100 gifts for business professionals.

The ‘gifts that mean business’ marketing strategy to accompany the campaign will use television and radio media, as well as catalogue, postal mail, email and in-store displays.

Depot’s EVP and chief merchandising/marketing officer Chuck Rubin said: "Finding the appropriate gift for a business associate can be tricky and time-consuming. That’s why we’ve put together a comprehensive list of the top 100 gifts and paired it with a series of helpful tips and suggestions. We have made sure to include items that would meet the needs of just about anyone on a shopping list."
