31 October 2007 — Delray Beach (FL): Office Depot has further integrated itself into the breakroom supply category by launching a new coffee delivery and installation service through its North American Business Solutions Division.
The retailer has teamed up with Keurig Single-Cup Coffee Brewers and Green Mountain Coffee Roasters coffee to provide Depot business customers with a choice of coffee machines and more than 30 coffees.
As part of the new service, Depot will deploy an installation team to a business location to deliver the coffee unit, connect the brewing system to an existing water line, and supply the coffee. A filtration system is included with installation to ensure water entering the unit is purified for the freshest taste.
Steve Schmidt, president of Depot’s North American Business Solutions Division, said: "This new service offering is more than just delivering coffee – it’s about providing a total solution to the business customer. From core supplies and technology to office furniture and now our new coffee service, Office Depot is providing businesses with the tools and services that help them to succeed."
