Dell warns of lower Q2 earnings

21 July 2006 – Round Rock (TX): Dell expects lower Q2 revenue of approximately $14 billion with EPS of between $0.21 and $0.23.
             
The warning reflects aggressive pricing in a slowing global commercial market. The company said it will release its Q2 results on Thursday 17 August 2006.
