10 April 2006– Round Rock (TX): Dell has said that it expects new opportunities in emerging markets to fuel rapid expansion for the company after slower-than-forecast growth in 2005.
The world’s number one PC maker said it hopes to use its direct sales business model to capture the market share in India, China, eastern Europe and Russia.
"If we had the same geographic market share outside the US as we have in the US our company would be twice as big," said Ro Parra, SVP of Dell’s US business.
