7 July 2006 – St Petersburg (FA): Danka Business Systems has agreed to sell its Australian unit to Onesource Group for $12.6 million in cash.
Danka said it sold the unit, which had revenue of $50.2 million, because it did not fit with the company’s focus on Europe and the US. It said the proceeds would be used for general corporate purposes.
The deal is expected to close by 17 July, pending financing agreements.
