5 June 2007 — Seattle (WA): Seattle-based Complete Office has simultaneously acquired Del Mar Office Products and Grove Office Supply.
With these acquisitions, Complete Office is now the largest independent distributor of business products in each of the three markets it serves, Washington State, Wisconsin and San Diego, with annual sales of approximately $50 million.

Grove and Del Mar will continue to operate as separate businesses through the end of this year, when they will be merged and adopt the Complete Office name.
Complete Office is a distributor of office supplies, computer products, office furniture and printing to businesses. The company was founded in 2003 by Ted Nark and Rick Israel, who previously worked for Corporate Express of Australia as CEO and VP of sales respectively.
