4 March 2005 – Ottawa (IL): Clover Technologies has acquired the Dataproducts supplies division of Ricoh Printings Systems America (RPSA).
Bill Barclay, former EVP of the RPSA supplies division has been named president of the new Clover division Dataproducts USA.
Clover CEO Jim Schiefelbein said: "We are extremely pleased the Dataproducts supplies organisation is joining our Clover family. The merger is a major step in our long-term growth strategy to become a worldwide leader in the supplies industry."
