6 March 2006 – Venlo (NL): Océ will announce changes to the composition of its
board of supervisory directors at its next annual general meeting of shareholders,
held on 20 April.
Harry Pennings and Pieter Bouw will step down from the supervisory board on 1 May while Peter Elverding and Gerard van de Aast will be proposed for nomination as new members.
