4 February 2005 – Broomfield (CO): Corporate Express (CE) has raised more than $65,000 for the City of Hope Cancer Center, thanks to the company’s annual silent auction.
This year’s auction, held on 4 December in Broomfield, Colorado, featured more than 340 items, which were donated by CE employees, friends and vendors. The event raised more than $32,500 and CE matched the total, bringing the final donation to more than $65,000.
Mark Hoffman, CEO of Corporate Express North America said: "We are proud to be able to support such a great organisation. We have employees that have been personally touched by the City of Hope, and their experiences have heightened the company’s enthusiasm for City of Hope and what it accomplishes."
