Canon USA comes top for brand loyalty

13 August 2007 — Lake Success (NY): Canon USA has been named number one for brand loyalty within the office copier category for the seventh consecutive year.

Brand Key’s Customer Loyalty Engagement Index surveys 24,000 Americans every year to determine the brands that own a majority stake in customer loyalty on order to define their potential for market growth.


Tod Pike, senior VP of Canon’s imaging systems group, said: "Canon is honoured to be recognised for our dedication to serving our growing customer base with office copier solutions that meet their needs and deliver customer satisfaction – for the seventh year in a row.
