22 November 2005 – Amsterdam (NL): Buhrmann has signed an agreement to acquire Portsmouth Paper Company, a B2B distributor of packaging, janitorial and safety supplies.
Portsmouth Paper employs approximately 70 people and had sales of $31 million in 2004. It has operations in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts.
