Bong buys factory in Estonia

6 February 2006 – Kohila (EST): Bong Ljungdahl has signed an agreement to acquire an envelope factory in Kohila, Estonia, from Smead.
 
The factory, which has around 35 employees and an annual production capacity of around 250 million envelopes, has a purchase price of approximately SEK10 million ($1.2 million) on a debt-free basis.
 
As a result of the acquisition, Bong’s annual sales will increase by an estimated SEK20 million. The deal is expected to be completed in Q1 of 2006.
